Mad Gallica is currently offering limited spots in her 2026 online artist intensive for aspiring and emerging artists who are ready to build their brand, form their band and team, and command the stage—whether you’re a solo artist, singer-songwriter, or front person with a vision. This is for artists who are serious about stepping into their professional era and want hands-on, personalized guidance from real industry professionals.

What to expect:

A 12 week online, live and interactive workshop series designed to build your foundation from the ground up—branding, team-building, and slaying the stage!

 

Phase 1: Your Brand is Your Power

 

• Clarify your artist identity and unique story, dive deep into your WHY, uncover your inner blocks & banish limiting beliefs

• Define your aesthetic, sonic world, and fan experience

• Learn how to communicate your vision visually, sonically, and emotionally

• Build a toolkit you can hand to collaborators (logos, mood boards, brand book, EPK)

Phase 2: Building Your Project and Creative Team

 

• How to find the right collaborators

• Tools and strategies for musical direction, songwriting, and production

• Developing a CEO mindset for your business

• Band folder + setlist creation

• Musical prep and rehearsal tools

• Social media strategies, content creation, and sizzle reels

• How to promote and market yourself as an artist and touring act

• Booking shows and tours

Phase 3: Slay the Stage

 

• Stage movement and presence training

• Hired gun and tour tips

• Vocal stamina and performance strategies

• Rehearsal flow, soundcheck etiquette, and live show pacing

• Performance mindset and confidence building

• Create your live show blueprint that wows industry and fans alike

 

Community & Collaboration:

 

• Weekly 2-hour mastermind zooms with Dylan and 60-120 minute zoom workshops with industry professionals (artist managers, tour managers, branding experts, performance coaches, and more)

• Weekly prompts & challenges

• A welcome "get to know you" group zoom meeting, a one-on-one initial strategy call + six 50 minute one-on-one coaching sessions with Dylan (scheduled every two weeks)

• Ongoing community space for collaboration, feedback, and accountability on a private discord server during the artist intensive and beyond with current and previous Born to Shine artists

• Opportunities to workshop your brand, sound, and show with your peers

• Access to a library of past industry guest workshops and future ones, too, for upcoming artist intensives beyond the one you signed up for

• Quarterly check-ins with Dylan and peers for at least one year

We are keeping this workshop limited to a select number of participants to ensure individualized attention, tailored feedback, and real connection
